Exact precedence. Quiet discretion.

Conferences, state and diplomatic dinners, product launches and leadership retreats.

How we approach state & corporate

Protocol officers already think in ceremony, titles and precedence. We speak that language. A dinner for a minister and a conference for four hundred delegates are run with the same calm: rehearsed, on time, and never discussed afterwards.

  • Conferences and summits

Delegate hospitality, breaks and lunches served on time, with the Herald at registration.

  • State and diplomatic dinners

Seating by precedence, titles agreed with your protocol team beforehand, service in procession.

  • Launches and receptions

A room that carries the brand, and a single moment worth filming.

  • Corporate gifting

Boxx65 Sweet Tokens and gift boxes, branded for your organisation, from fifty pieces.

  • Paperwork

Clear proposals, invoices with VAT, and one point of contact from first call to final report.

From audience to Chronicle.

Six steps, the same for every commission. The first one costs you nothing but an hour.

  1. The audience

A consultation at the studio or by call. We listen to the occasion, the guests and the budget.

  2. The Decree

Our proposal: the concept, the menus, the six honours for your event, and a clear cost.

  3. The commission

Once you accept the Decree, a deposit secures your date and the court begins work.

  4. The court at work

Tastings, design reviews and rehearsals. You see every decision before it is made.

  5. The day

The court runs the occasion so you can be a guest at your own event.

  6. The Chronicle

Afterwards, a keepsake record of the day, delivered to the host.

Tell us the date.

We accept a limited number of commissions each month, so the court can perform each one perfectly.
