Terms of order.

Orders from 65 Cakes and Boxx65

Prices are shown in Naira. 65 Cakes prices are base rates for buttercream celebration cakes and may vary with design complexity; 7.5% VAT is added on the invoice. Boxx65 desserts carry a 20% charge covering service and VAT. Delivery is quoted separately by location.

Notice and express orders

We need 24 hours' notice for cake loaves, brownies, cookies and desserts, 48 hours for celebration cakes and 72 hours for bulk and small chops orders. Notice is counted from the time payment is received. Orders inside these times may be possible for an express charge of 10% (15% for bulk orders), confirmed before you pay.

Delivery

Deliveries are scheduled between 10am and 4pm, Monday to Saturday. If you will not be present, please give us the recipient's name and phone number. We use verified delivery partners. If you arrange your own ride-hailing collection, the order is your responsibility from collection.

Cancellations and refunds

We do not issue refunds once an order is confirmed and paid. If you need to cancel, we issue a receipt voucher for the amount paid, provided work on the order has not begun. Bulk orders can be cancelled up to 72 hours before delivery for a voucher.

Events

Event commissions are governed by the Decree (proposal) and the commission agreement you sign, which set out the deposit, payment stages and cancellation terms for your occasion.
