What we do · Food & catering

Nothing is set down. Everything is presented.

The Royal Table: menus written for your guests, tasted with you, and served in procession.

What the court handles

Food is the peak of a 65 occasion. Menus are written for the guests in the room, tasted with the host before the day, and served by a brigade that comes out in procession. Every course is revealed together, under cloches, and introduced aloud.

  • Plated fine dining

Courses served in procession and revealed together: the Royal Table.

  • Grand buffets and family style

Presented as ceremony, with chefs at the stations and every dish introduced.

  • Canapés and small chops

Passed by hand on arrival, with Boxx65's small chops for the Nigerian favourites.

  • Desserts and cakes

Dessert tables from Boxx65 and the centrepiece from 65 Cakes, revealed at the Unveiling.

  • Tastings

The full menu tasted with the host before the day, and adjusted until it is right.

The standard

Tasted before the day

No dish reaches a guest that the host has not tasted.

Served together

Each course leaves the kitchen at once, so a table is never half served.

Introduced aloud

“Your Majesty, the second course.”

Every detail, considered.
