The Royal Table · A call for chefs

Cook for Kings.

65 Events is inviting accomplished, craft-driven chefs to join the brigade behind every 65 table: weddings, celebrations and gatherings for guests who expect nothing less than excellence.

Every plate is part of the occasion.

We work with clients who care about detail, taste and presentation, and we are building a team of culinary professionals who share that standard. Our chefs are craftsmen and craftswomen who understand that every plate is part of a guest's experience of the event as a whole.

At a 65 event the kitchen is not behind the scenes. The chefs come out in procession, every course is revealed together under cloches, and each one is introduced aloud: “Your Majesty, the second course.” It is the peak of the night, and the moment we protect above all.

What we are looking for.

Technical skill, with consistency, presentation and professionalism under the pressure of a live event.

01

09
